WordPress 中文語系檔案發佈新聞中，可以見到下列格式的說明：
  • WordPress 版本 Core
  • WordPress 版本 Mixed: Bad Behavior 版本, WordPress.com Stats 版本
什麼是 Core？
Core 包含的中文訊息，僅來自 WordPress 發佈版本程式源碼，故以 Core 命名之。

什麼是 Mixed？
某些外掛程式沒有載入語系檔的程式碼，必須將其訊息與 Core 混合至同一處，故以 Mixed 命名之。
現已知無載入語系檔程式碼的外掛列表如下：
